These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the facywin platform, including all gaming, betting, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus activities. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing facywin you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
All players must be at least 18 years of age to register and use facywin. Age verification is mandatory and enforced before any real-money activity is permitted on the platform.
All deposits and withdrawals on facywin are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported banks. No hidden currency conversion fees apply.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on facywin. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

Collusion, fraudulent chargebacks, bonus abuse, money laundering, and any automated betting systems are strictly forbidden. Violations result in permanent account closure.

Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will assist you in understanding your rights and obligations as a user of the facywin platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
To create and maintain an active account on facywin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of facywin or any of its technology or game-provider partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from facywin or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not included on any government-issued restricted-persons list that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
facywin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is successfully completed. Any winnings accrued during a period when a Player is found to be underage will be voided and forfeited.
Players bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their location. facywin makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to use in every jurisdiction. If you are unsure of the legal status of online gaming in your area, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to register one account only on facywin. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a pseudonym, fictitious name, or another person's identity during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure.
During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum:
- Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification.
- A valid email address that you own and have regular access to.
- Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
- A mobile phone number registered in your name, which will be used for account verification and security alerts.
- Your preferred BDT payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a supported Bangladesh bank account).
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. facywin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately at support@facywin. facywin accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): facywin strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account. Once activated, a one-time verification code will be required at each login in addition to your password. This feature is available to all registered Players and can be configured from within the account settings panel.
KYC Verification: Prior to approving any withdrawal, facywin will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of your payment method ownership. KYC documents are reviewed within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Accounts that fail to pass KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal capability suspended.
Deposits & Withdrawals
facywin supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed through the payment channels listed below. By initiating a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you personally and that the funds are of legitimate origin.
Supported Payment Methods:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant deposits credited within seconds of confirmation.
- Bangladesh Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times vary by institution (typically 1–3 business hours during BST banking hours).
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to your card issuer's international transaction policies.
Deposit Terms:
- Minimum single deposit: ৳500.
- Maximum single deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
- facywin does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are separate and your responsibility.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where feasible.
Withdrawal Terms:
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 24 hours (BST) for verified accounts. VIP Gold tier and above receive expedited processing of within 4 hours.
- facywin reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged by the fraud-monitoring system. This may extend processing time by up to 72 hours.
- Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
facywin periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal rewards to both new and existing Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus conditions set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
Welcome Bonus: New Players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the facywin welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and wagered within 30 days of being credited.
General Bonus Conditions:
- A Player may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the wagering requirement.
- Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%); sports betting contributions vary by market.
- facywin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not negatively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
- Promotions timed to Bangladesh cultural events — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day — are subject to their own limited-time terms published at the time of the offer.
- Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
VIP Loyalty Programme: Points earned through the facywin VIP programme are subject to the VIP Programme Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. VIP status, accumulated points, and associated benefits are non-transferable between accounts. facywin reserves the right to modify the point-earning structure, tier thresholds, and benefit packages with 14 days' notice to affected Players.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the facywin platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on facywin, whether under the same name or a different identity.
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions, or depositing funds obtained through criminal activity.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live poker or table games to gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise undermining the integrity of any game or betting market.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform without direct human control.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in betting odds, or technical malfunctions to derive an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are subject to voidance.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward facywin support staff or other Players via any communication channel.
- Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating another Player, or providing false documentation during KYC verification.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the facywin platform to operate any commercial venture, including running unofficial affiliate schemes or reselling account credits.
Violations of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and, where warranted, permanent account closure with forfeiture of balances. facywin cooperates with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where criminal activity is identified.
Game Rules & Betting Rules
All games available on facywin are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules as specified within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules prior to committing real-money wagers.
General Gaming Conditions:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of supervised live play. facywin does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
- Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds. Individual session outcomes will vary and may differ significantly from the published RTP figure.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the state at the time of disconnection. facywin is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
- Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. Once a game round or bet has been accepted by the system, the outcome is final.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change. VIP Players at Gold tier and above may apply for higher table limits through their dedicated account manager.
Sports Betting Rules:
- Bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to the specific rules of each market as stated in the sportsbook section.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuate in real time, and facywin is not obligated to honour odds that were the result of a system error.
- Event postponements and cancellations: if a match is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time (BST), all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' wallets.
- facywin reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of sporting integrity violation.
Instant Games (Aviator, Tower, Lucky Neko): Crash-style and instant games carry their own mechanics described within the game interface. Players acknowledge the heightened volatility of these games and confirm that all wagers are placed voluntarily with full awareness of the potential for rapid loss.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party — the Player or facywin — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Player-Initiated Closure: If you wish to close your account, contact the facywin support team at support@facywin. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Accounts with active bonus wagering requirements will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours (BST).
Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Once a self-exclusion has been applied, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed — no exceptions. facywin-Initiated Suspension or Closure: facywin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
- Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected or confirmed.
- The account has remained inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.
- Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to facywin.
Where an account is closed by facywin due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon any closure initiated by facywin for breach.
Amendments to These Terms: facywin may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and applied in accordance with general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising from your use of facywin shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process by contacting support@facywin. facywin aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and VIP Programme Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and facywin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
